DOMMAGE ..DOMMAGE .La montre, en elle même est très belle , d'un joli deasing, mais elle est arrivée avec les aiguilles se promenant sous le cadran. Ai envoyé plusieurs correspondances au vendeur , qui j'espère me viendra en aide . J'ai demandé un autre modèle de sa collection, ce qui éviterait un remboursement. Je ne veux pas noter négativement ce vendeur , qui certainement ne pouvait se douter de l'accident ...entre chez lui et chez moi durant le transport. J'avais choisi ce vendeurcapres avoir lu de bonnes notations ...je suis certaine qu'il va répondre pour un échange de même valeur . Je mets quelques photos montrant que les aiguilles de déplacent autrecque sur leur mécanisme .

A terrible experience. The first watch sent was broken so I had to prove that it stopped every day then send it back. (BTW, how do you prove that a watch stops every day)

So after getting a refund I ordered a 2nd copy, which was this order. The 2nd watch was fine, but the strap was defective. When I took the watch off, the clasp was so loose that it would unlock itself and fall off onto the floor. Very annoying. I tried to tighten it myself but it needed specialist tools.

So I told the seller and they required payment for a new clasp. Fine, I paid it then waited another long time for the new clasp. Then guess what? The new clasp is also defective! I could have bought 10 of these watches with the money/time I've spent on this so far.

I will just buy a complete new strap from somebody else, and keep clear of CRRJU Official Store. My life is not long enough to spend time dancing back and forward with them.
